Kenny and Josh are back for their sixth episode! This week they discuss Small or Pocket Sized Games in the Past, Present and Future. In the Sacred Cow, the guys discuss their favorite podcasts to listen to (other than their own show of course). And to wrap up the show, Kenny attempts to help Josh decide whether he should buy a game table or make one, as Josh currently is electing to do.
Kenny and Josh are back for their fifth episode!
In the Past, Present and Future the duo discuss cooperative games including: Forbidden Island, Flash Point Fire Rescue, Mansions of Madness (2nd Edition), Ghost Stories, Bomb Squad and Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective: Jack the Ripper and West End Adventures.
In their Sacred Cow segment, they discuss publishers they love and hate.
Finally, they round out the show with a discussion about Alexander Pfister's Great Western Trail.
Kenny and Josh had a rare opportunity to talk with Weller and Donna from Sentient Cow Games about their game Secret Unknown Stuff: Escape from Dulce. The game will be available on Kickstarter on April 15th and the campaign will run for a span of 30 days.
Weller and Donna explain how their company and the game came to be, thanks, in part to third partner of Sentient Cow Games, Craig. Moreover, they explain the subtle nuances of the game, what backers can expect out of playing through this unique story and what they are hoping to accomplish with this campaign.
Kenny and Josh have a new episode with new segments: The Octothorpe Rewind and The Mailbag. In The Octothorpe Rewind, Josh recounts his Gloomhaven saga as it has transpired over the past month and a half. Given, that several portions were recorded at several different times, the entire story encompasses a three-part update.
Lastly, the guys go dumpster diving through their mailbox to find their first set of questions from Wes "Friend of the Show". Kenny and Josh tackle the two questions posed by Wes:
1) What games in the upper echelon of the BGG all time rankings are over rated or under rated in Kenny and Josh's opinions?
2) What games do Kenny and Josh have in their collections are ones that they purchased but took an exceedingly long time to get to the table? If so, how long did they sit before they played them?
